If you’re new to our salon, all color services are required to submit a SnapSnip. Once submitted, a member of our team will assist you with scheduling your first appointment.
Policies
Cancellations received within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. A no show or missed appointment will result in a 100% charge.
Clients have 7 days from initial service to ask for any adjustment to their color if not satisfied.
Color is guaranteed for 30 days only if the client purchases and uses the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon to maintain the longevity of the color.
